About Us
For injection pen manufacturing, DROFEN independently develops both pre-assembly equipment (assembling molded plastic components into complete pen subassemblies) and final assembly lines (integrating filled drug cartridges into finished pen devices). Our cam-driven continuous motion systems achieve stable output at 160 pens per minute with integrated Keyence/Cognex vision inspection and Burster force-displacement monitoring, supporting both disposable and reusable pen platforms for insulin, GLP-1 receptor agonists, and other injectable biologics.
For pre-filled syringe production, DROFEN delivers complete turnkey PFS filling lines for PP (polypropylene) syringes at 220 syringes per minute, covering aseptic filling, nitrogen blanketing, stoppering, AI-powered light inspection, plunger rod insertion, labeling, and pillow packaging — all integrated into one seamless automated system.
As a turnkey system provider, DROFEN goes beyond equipment delivery. We provide: the injection pen device platform, high-speed assembly equipment, and complete regulatory validation support (DQ/IQ/OQ/PQ documentation, GAMP5 CSV, 21 CFR Part 11 compliance) — one partner from device selection to commercial production.
